Forgot Password
If you forgot your password after migrating, enter your username and then select Continue.
If you enter in the wrong username, you will see the message "Invalid Username" and will be required to re-enter your username and then select Continue. If you continue to have difficulty, contact your provider.
On the next screen, select Forgot Password.
On the next screen, enter your username and then select Continue.
In case you encounter any issue while selecting the Forgot Password link on the Sign In screen, a error message will pop up on the screen as shown in the below image. To return to the Sign In page, select the Click here to Sign in button.
You will then see a 'Check Your Email' screen. At this point, you should receive a password reset email to the same email address you used in migrating your account. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, try sending the password reset email again.
This email may not be the same as the email address where you receive secure messages from your provider.
In the email, select the Password Reset link.
This password reset link will expire after 30 minutes.
In the window that opens, enter and confirm your new password. Select Save Password when finished. To view the password you entered, select the () icon.
Passwords should be between 14-64 characters in length and may include special characters.
After creating your new password you will see a success message and you will receive a password change confirmation email.
